## Overview

These Terms of Service apply to the Wolf & Nugget Analytics tool ("the App"), operated by Evolved Yeti Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). The App is an internal tool used exclusively by authorised personnel of Evolved Yeti Pty Ltd to access YouTube channel analytics data.

## Acceptance

By using the App, you confirm that you are an authorised representative of Evolved Yeti Pty Ltd and agree to these terms.

## Use of the App

The App is provided for internal analytics purposes only. You agree to:

- Use the App only for lawful, internal business purposes
- Not attempt to access data belonging to any YouTube channel other than those you are authorised to manage
- Comply with the [YouTube API Services Terms of Service](https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service) and [Google APIs Terms of Service](https://developers.google.com/terms)

## Restrictions

You may not:

- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the App
- Use the App to collect or store personal data about YouTube viewers beyond aggregated analytics
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the App's integration with Google APIs

## Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in data returned by the YouTube Analytics API, or for any interruptions to API availability caused by Google.

## Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
